[ntuser] Major GUI issues in Office 2007

    Description

      I loaded up a fresh copy of ReactOS and installed Office 2007. The install was fine. However, all of the apps have MAJOR render issues. The debug log is spammed with :

      (../../win32ss/user/ntuser/caret.c:48) err: Failed to get bitmap dimensions

      (../../win32ss/user/ntuser/windc.c:757) err: [00060142] GetDC() without ReleaseDC()!

      and sometimes (../../win32ss/user/ntuser/windc.c:596) err: Should not be called!!

      We can assume that Office 2010 would possibly be affected with this same issue.
