Device Manager properties don't display correctly with gcc build

The new rewritten device manager has prematurely replaced the old *working* one, and you can't do anything with the new one yet.

Property dialogs don't show up, one can't update drivers or disable devices. It's completely useless, and now there's no alternative as the old one was nuked from orbit.

This limits pretty harshly the testing sessions and entails an important regression, specially in real hardware and third party driver installation without slip-streaming.
