[devmgr] Partially implement additional buttons on driver page

This patch adds the last 2 buttons on the driver page. For now, they just display a warning about how it's unimplemented. I really doubt Roll Back driver is implemented ATM and I can't figure out how to get the Uninstall Driver button working.

But most of the work is done, it just needs some code.
