REGRESSION: Word viewer 2003 from rapps regressed (can't open txt files)

Word viewer 2003 from rapps regressed (cant open txt files)

In bootcd-66072-dbg it is possible to open *.txt document (as "all files" type)

In bootcd-70577-dbg it is NOT possible to open *.txt document (as "all files" type). It gives error of unsuppoted format.

68469 is the guilty revision!

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install ReactOS
2. Word viewer 2003 from rapps
3. Start Word viewer 2003
4. try to open readme.txt from ReactOS installation CD
