    Description

      Allow specifying a working directory for the shortcuts defined in shortcuts.inf . Currently we cannot do that (the functions CreateShortcuts and CreateShortcutsFromSection in dll/win32/syssetup/install.c do not implement such feature). This would allow to solve issues such as CORE-11018
