[GDI] MS wordviewer 2003 GDI exception & application crash when scrolling to page2 in sample doc

    Description

      tested ros 0.4.1RC
      test Sample-doc-file-100kb.doc file and for the first time was able to actually see the documents content. Good so far...
      However the Word viewer is crashing due to unhandled exception in GDI when scrolling to page2 (showing an embedded excel spreadsheet).
