drag & drop a file with left mouse button within explorer

    Description

      affected: 0.4.1RC, 0.4.1RC3, trunk r71300

      1.) open explorer
      2.) drag a file into some folder

      observed result: the file is moved (dangerous)

      expected result:
      when destination is same drive, other folder: move
      when destination is same drive, other folder+ctrl-hold: copy
      when destination is other drive, other folder: copy
