Default action is move when transferring files from read-only device

1. Open an Explorer window, navigate to the target folder on the hard disk.
2. Open another Explorer window, navigate to the source folder on the CD-drive.
3. Mark files and folders
4. Drag them from the CD-drive and drop on the hard disk folder.
Explorer starts "moving" files from the read-only device, they even disappear when processed. Refreshing the CD-drive folder contents makes the "moved" files reappear. At the same time files do not appear neither in the process nor after it finished.
Tested on Release 0.4.3 and Build 73532.
Correct behavior would be:only copy from a read-only device and files/folders appear on the target folder one after the other or when the whole copy is finished. The source files and folder should never disappear.
