Desktop icons in PCem's VGA modes are invisible since r71441

    Description

      In PCem v11 emulator, in VGA / VBE 1.2 video cards emulation modes (tested OAK-467, ViRGE/DX, Trident T9440), LiveCD desktop icons appear invisible since revision 71441.

      Steps to reproduce on VirtualBox:

      • Install ReactOS as usual
      • After 2nd stage or 3rd stage open Registry editor
      • Navigate to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\your_vga_card_id\instance_id
      • Change Service value from VBE to Vga
