Update adns to the latest version

Currently ROS includes quite old adns library used by dnsapi.
We can update it to latest current version (for the moment 1.5).
IPv6 is disabled with ifdefs as ROS currently doesn't support it.
adns_add_server was changed, so there is a change for dnsapi for that also included.
Included also local implementations for adns_inet_pton and adns_inet_ntop until NTDDI is updated to Vista+
adns_orig.patch is relative to original adns 1.5 (src only) for easier sync in future.
