GMA 945 graphics driver refuses to install properly, breaks installation

I can't get a picture of the screen log, but here's what it mentions

The steps I took is I installed the latest trunk build on the Dell D620 laptop I have, installed the GMA 945 graphics driver manually via Device Manager, and it failed. I then reboot the machine, and it gives a BSOD with STOP error code 0xC000021A.
