Graphics driver for Intel 945GM creates BSOD on boot

Tested on rel 0.4.3 and build 73532
On a Dell Latitude D620, lspci extract:

Tried with two driver installers from Dell driver page, but both installers do not finish installation:

Also tried driver from Intel, but installer rejects due to unknown hardware:

Then tried decompressing archives and making driver update from there, which worked with all drivers above (Intel: downloaded driver's ZIP variant). However, rebooting after all of them results in a BSOD:

Safe mode, VGA mode not helping out. Debug (Screen) shows:
