[DRIVERS] Epic meta graphic cards bugs
Description
Only aiming to reunite all the tickets related with graphic cards in the field of drivers, opengl and that things. Sorted by brand and type of failure. This is a big mess.
I will reunite here valid and invalid tickets about drivers, to help to research information in this big mess that is JIRA.
We have lot (and when I say lot I mean A LOT) of bugs related to graphics cards. The great majority of them are untidy, incomplete and most of them are outdated.

Intel have lot of different bugs. One related to the videoprt resource itself (VideoPortVerifyAccessRanges must return NO_ERROR
and the other with the syspte. We must solve this, that affects lot of cards. After solving this, GMA and GSE devices must work. Later, there are bugs about Intel HD devices with the mm freelist and the unimplemented VideoPortCreateSecondaryDisplay. There is a misbehaviour too with the rotation of the screen and the resolution.

In general, the ATI have the same videoprt bug that have the Intel. In other field, there are some bugs with icon rendering in the HD devices, in all with the GUI setup and with the behaviour after reboots in old devices. Some of the cards have rendering bugs in some situations: Drivers installed and not installed. OpenGL is not possible to use yet (2023), but 2D accel is working. Misbehavior with the bit depth.

The nvidia is another big mess. Lot of cards, lot of misbehaviours. The setup of the driver after some driver version stopped working. Some of the drivers, install and work even in the OpenGL accel. But after some version, the fps dropdown is evident and without cause. There are some bad processes. Misbehavior with the bit depth.
