    Description

      I'm testing the following build:

      https://iso.reactos.org/livecd/reactos-livecd-0.4.15-dev-5989-gdf72bcd-x64-msvc-win-dbg.7z

      (win32ss\user\ntuser\display.c:182) err: No usable display driver was found.

      i've included the experimental kdterm so i can get a debug log, and also disabled USB drivers to work around compatibility problems on real hardware.

      I get the following error in debug log "No VBE BIOS present" VESA modes do work on 32bit ReactOS so this would seem to be a issue with video BIOS emulation.
