[x64] Intel Haswell HD 4000 series No VBE BIOS found

I'm testing the following build:

i've included the experimental kdterm so i can get a debug log, and also disabled USB drivers to work around compatibility problems on real hardware.

I get the following error in debug log "No VBE BIOS present" VESA modes do work on 32bit ReactOS so this would seem to be a issue with video BIOS emulation.
