Change selected file by repeatedly pressing one letter key

In Windows Explorer, when you quickly press one letter on the keyboard, it continuously switches over all files in current folder that start with specified letter.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Explorer, for example C:\ReactOS (or X:\ReactOS in LiveCD)
• Start pressing "R" key repeatedly and quick enough
• Expected behavior: File selection changes between "repair", "Resources", "readme.txt", "regedit.exe" and then back to the first one
• Observed behavior: Only first "repair" gets selected

If you press "R" key not fast enough, it will switch selection over the files correctly.

Problem present in 0.4.7-dev-711-g959d9c6, still happens in 0.4.17-dev-511-g174b9d6.
