Description
affected r71867
The BSOD is reproducable with very! high probability - but it's not 100%
This makes regression testing very hard!
-install Double Commander 0.7.1 beta from rapps
-download Effective File Search 6.8.1 from rapps
-open the downloaded efs-zip in DoubleCommander
-mark every file in it
-press F5 to copy them out to other side
-> BANG! BSOD without even assertion beforehand

ThFabbas brain-power and my CORE-11555-regTest.txt imply a race-condition introduced or unhidden by the 2 changes in CC r71387 & r71406.
It is a regression, 0.4.1 was not affected, I consider this to be a 0.4.2 release blocker.
