Reactos truncate window

    Description

      Hi!

      I testing 71909 reactos. With the program "control de cyber" (cyber coffe administrator, only spanish this program), I see that reactos truncate a window, in the two screenshot that I attach. In the first "control de cyber" work very good on windows 7, but in the second, work fine, but reactos truncate the window (not show accept/cancel buttons).
      Too the textboxes not accept text (key numbers or any keys), and this work any problems on windows 7. I attach a debug log file, greetings.
