PATCH: Remove an unneeded FontDirectory check in DsppLoadFontFile()

Details

    Description

      In case FontDirectory is NULL we are assigning to it L"\\EFI\\Microsoft\\Boot
      Fonts" , so at the end of the function we have a not NULL for sure.

      Removing it helps to fix CID 1363617
