Booting with SD card inserted causes BSOD or hang

ASUS M51Vr notebook, bootcd-r71976(rosbe).iso with patch from CORE-9836 to prevent random corruptions on driver install,
card reader drivers are MS SDBUS and Ricoh R5C83x/84x Multi card reader,
card is 1 GB MiniSD, FAT file system.
If system boots with card inserted, this happens: pic 1 - if installed MS hdaudbus.sys with potential dependencies MS ACPIEC, ASUS ATKACPI; hangs before error (but it wouldn't without card)
pic 2 - without installing any other drivers.
