USB 2.0 Card Reader asserts in USBSTOR

    Description

      I'm testing a self compiled msvc build from the following commit:

      0.4.15-dev-8251-g7e89227

      I'm testing a USB 2.0 Card Reader on real hardware booted from livecd:

      Alcor Micro USB 2.0 Card Reader
      VID_058F&PID_6364

      I wait until ReactOS fully boots to desktop and then plugin the USB multi card reader and it immediately asserts. this also occurs if the device is plugged in before booting. A bootcd also behaves the same:

      Assertion c:\reactos_msvc\drivers\usb\usbstor\scsi.c(556): SrbGetCdb(Request)->CDB10.LogicalUnitNumber == PDODeviceExtension->LUN

       

      I've provided a debug log starting from the point the device is connected:

      usb_2.0_card_reader.txt

       

      Windows and BIOS view this device as 4 drives even when none are plugged in.
