High CPU usage in VirtualBox with disabled hardware virtualisation

    Description

      On VirtualBox 5.1.2 with disabled AMD-V and ram more than 2048MiB i got high CPU usage for 14-18 seconds by "System" process in the begining of boot.
      If i enable AMD-V then i got high CPU usage for 3-4 seconds by "System" process in the begining of boot.
      My host system is AMD Athlon 5350 RAM 16GiB Asrock AM1B-ITX Windows 10 Home x64
