Regression, Extraordinary high CPU load when installer of "SumatraPDF 3.1.2" should be idling just

    Description

      0.4.13-RC-41-gc6b2f3a gcc 4.7.2 dbg lin.

      Reproduction steps

      • Start the installer of SumatraPDF 3.1.2 from rapps
      • Don't click anything, just wait for its initial font animation to complete, and wait another 10seconds after that to allow it to stabilize

      Expected result
      A stable CPU usage of 0%, like in 2K3_SP2_eng.png

      Observed result
      ros shows excessive amount of CPU usage in taskmgr, close to 100%, either in process "System" or in installers process called "SumtraPDF-3.1..."

      (win32ss/gdi/gdi32/wine/rosglue.c:1275) Trying to delete METADC 00000000
      		 
      (win32ss/user/ntuser/msgqueue.c:1267) err: MsqSendMessage timed out 2 Status 102

      but not as much, that the process of logging alone could explain that drastic resource consumption.
      Now and then the VM LED indicates HDD read activity, but also not the full time of the massive CPU consumption.
