Three windows are kept opened when starting the git bash shell.

When running git ( Git-2.9.3.2-32-bit.exe) at r72556, and starting the bash shell (mingw32) three windows are kept opened as shown in my screenshot. This doesn't happen on Windows XP!

I've already reported this at CORE-11904 but HBelusca told me to create a separate ticket for this issue.

As requested I'm also submitting a full debug log. The shutdown was not clean.
