Crash when clicking Browse in the Create New Task dialog

    Description

      I replaced our shell32 with the one from Server 2003. Explorer won't load but I can launch Task Manager from the Control Alt Delete menu. If I click on the browse button when I try to start an app using the Create New Task dialog, ReactOS crashes.
