[SHELL32?] DoubleCommander folder-properties via context-menu crashes

Open DoubleCommander 0.7.1 from rapps.
Right-Click some folder, e.g: C:\ReactOS and choose "properties" from context menu.
DoubleCommander will crash then with "access violation".
doublecmd.err states "unhandled exception" and also offers a stacklog (I can not upload).
Nothing is written into ros-log then.

When I try the same from within our file-browser, the command succeeds (it will show the properties box).
When I try the same from TotalCommander 8.52, nothing will happen (it will not show the properties box).
