    Description

      This causes test failures and a stack buffer overflow in shlwapi:url

      Failures normal run vs crash with DPH:
      https://reactos.org/testman/compare.php?ids=49226,49231

      Running with /RTC1 clearly complains about an overflow of the 'next' variable.
