[KERNEL32] PATCH: mute a major log-file spammer WC_COMPOSITECHECK

In r72734
we introduced those

DPRINT1("WC_COMPOSITECHECK flag UNIMPLEMENTED\n");

within several for-loops!
Logging unimplemented stuff is usually a good idea, but this is a log-file-spammer like I have not seen a similar before.
Total Commander is almost unusable therefore due to the slowdown.

The attached muteThatSpammer.patch fixes that.
