Improve german translation for some cpl applets

The task aims to improve german localization for some cpl-applets.
It tries to match translations to have the ordering of the apps in control panel closer to how Windows XP/2k3 orders them so that people that are used to work on those systems can quickly find them.
I know these changes always have something subjective. Therefore I'd appreciate any feedback a german developer wants to give me. I also am interested in the opinions of others here. Feel free to commit all or just some of them. I try to give explanation for each change here. Structurally I move towards MS. But sometimes I even squeezify MS, in these cases not without a reason. Those strings also differ from Windows version to Windows version, therefore I don't expect direct dependencies. The ordering reflects their importance (first is most important for me, last is least important for me)

"Programme hinzufügen/entfernen" -> "Software"
-cause that's exactly how german WinXP names this
-cause the ordering matches german WinXP
-cause it avoids the unprofessional truncation in the picture

"Spielcontroller" -> "Gamecontroller"
-cause that's exactly how german WinXP names this (the english too)
-cause our devices-manager talks of "Gamecontroller" as well (mismatch)
-cause the ordering matches german WinXP
-Controller is an internationalism and Game is too
-a mixture of german + english in a single word is not optimal
-this one also matches a keyboard shortcut with the WinXP equivalent

"Energieoptionen" -> "Energie"
-cause it avoids the unprofessional truncation in the picture
-cause it avoids the clumsy title-bar description "Eigenschaften für Energieoptionen"

"Telefon- und Modemeinstellungen" -> "Telefon und Modem"
-cause it avoids the unprofessional truncation in the picture

"Internetoptionen" -> "Internet"
-cause it avoids the unprofessional truncation in the picture

"Benutzerkonten" -> "Benutzer"
-cause it avoids the unprofessional truncation in the picture

"Ordneroptionen" -> "Ordner"
-cause it avoids the unprofessional truncation in the picture
