    Description

      In Windows NT 4 appeared function of separate process of explorer. For every window is created separate process, and if window hangs, then closes not all shell, and only one window. This function are set in registry in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
      DWORD SeparateProcess 1

      or run "explorer.exe /separate"
