Report total amount of RAM along with usable amount

    Description

      ReactOS currently only reports maximum usable amount of RAM, but it does not report total physical amount of installed RAM.

      VMware Workstation guest:

      • Virtual Machine setting has 512MB of RAM
      • Uniprocessor HAL reports 511MB of RAM
      • ACPI uniprocessor HAL reports 510MB of RAM

      For reference, Windows 7 reports total amount of memory along with usable amount.
