Regression: rapps can not download any data from online DB into the listView

Usually we can download stuff with rapps.
Now we can't, because the list stays empty.

When I try to redownload the list, we get a single:

TCP operation failed: 0xc0000128 (-12)

This is no infrastructure thing.
Btw: "ping www.google.de" still succeeds.
