Calls to _RpcGetPrintProcessorDirectory fail

    Description

      Using r73351, calls to _RpcGetPrintProcessorDirectory currently fail with the following message in debug log:

      err:(dll/win32/rpcrt4/rpc_message.c:1845) we got fault packet with status 0x3e6

      The matching RPC server function in spoolsv is never called.
      The call also fails when Win2003's rpcrt4.dll is used instead of the ROS version.
