Desktop fails to start after failed installation of VMWare tools

    Description

      I did an incomplete installation of VMWare tools. (end installation) The features work, but I get a blue screen on exit of ReactOS, and many times, ReactOS will end up with the desktop failing to start up. Logs attached for desktop failure to start up.
