Support Windows 10 style console selection handling

Windows 10's console windows add additional options for handling text selection:

• Normal text flow selection instead of column mode ("Enable line wrapping selection")
• Ability to select text with Shift + cursor keys ("Extended text selection keys")

We should support these options since they provide a major usability improvement. Whether they should be the default like in Win10 or remain disabled unless specifically selected can be discussed separately.
