[stobject] Power icon in taskbar can not be hidden persistently

    Description

      r74227.
      Lately we introduced the ability to show/hide the power icon in systray.
      When we select to hide the icon in power cpl, the icon properly gets hidden.
      However after a restart of ros, it is visible again.
      We should make the option to hide it persistent.
