Taskbar size doesn't change on theme change

    Description

      bootcd-r74316(rosbe).iso, VBox 5.0.28

      It's needed to move taskbar or reboot to change taskbar size to new theme setting. That can cause taskbar to be partially hidden when switching from Lautus to other themes.
