    Description

Layered windows are known to be half-broken on ReactOS, and this partly impact Word 2010 (and other Office 2010 applications) usability.

      See the attached screenshot.

An example is when drawing a new figure: Word creates a transparent layered window on top of the document, then draws the current state of the figure being traced. This is done so that one can view below the figure that is traced (and for example, view its old state).
On ReactOS, this procedure partly works.
The layered window has a buggy title bar (it shouldn't have it); and the transparency doesn't really work.
Also the drawed figures are always upside-down, cc jimtabor, thephysicist or preston for this latter problem.
