rapps_new: misses explicit view refresh after uninstalling

    Description

      tested 0.4.5RC1
      currently rapps is what was formerly known as rapps_new (C++ version)

      -Make the already installed apps the active view.
      -now uninstall an arbitrary application (via context menu for example)
      -after the uninstall completed successfully the app is still listed in the view
      -you need to explicitly select another category in the left listview and then back to trigger a view-refresh to see the app vanish

      Please make that view-refresh implicit after uninstall.
      I tested with "Everything Search Engine" here, but other apps are affected as well.
