TightVNC Server 2.8.8 does not work if you stop and try to start as a service.

    Description

      TightVNC 2.8.8 works fine if you run it as an application. If you install it in the system as a service, but it runs fine together with the start of the ROS and works. But, if in the system you try to stop the TightVNC service, then there will be an error (stop_service.jpg). When you try to start a stopped service - start_service.jpg. To make the service work again, you must first reinstall it in the system,
