    Description

      As of 2022-09-25 there is a hack in place in ReactOS's msi.dll that simulates shimming msi files.
      This should be replaced with a proper implementation, after this is investigated / documented / implemented.

      A good first step would be to write tests for:

      ApphelpCheckMsiPackage
      		 
      ApphelpCheckInstallShieldPackage
      		 
      ApphelpFixMsiPackage
      		 
      ApphelpFixMsiPackageExe

      Version lie integration could go into set_installer_properties
