Cannot boot off SATA cdrom (Intel ICH9)

My current setup cannot boot off sata cdrom.

Below is the log with uniata debugging enabled ( attached ). There you can also see the hardware

I also installed ROS on another PC and this is the log of it booting on the same hardware that fails: https://hastebin.com/arurerarem.sql

EDIT: I also got the attached image on the same hardware by accident once ( I think it's the 100th reboot or something ) so really thin chance ( and also the ROS logo was being displayed for less than a second )
