Clicking on a background window doesn't focus on it while Start menu is opened

    Description

      In the case when Start menu is opened, clicking on a windows which located on the background does not focus it (1.png and 2.png).
      In general, it seems to me that closing Start menu by pressing outside leaves focus on the Start button, ignoring the pressed area.
