The Start button remains in focus after closing its menu

    Description

      Closing the Start menu (1.png and 2.png), the button is still highlighted in dotted lines (3.png and ros.log). To remove the selection, you must additionaly click anywhere on desktop or on windows (4.png).
      When applying themes the problem is still the same (5.png ... 8.png).
