MSI-based "Click-n-Type Virtual KeyBoard" from rapps can not be uninstalled

    Description

      reactOS 0.4.6RC1
      Tool uses MSI-based setup
      When uninstalling (aka Removing) the program, the MSI-based setup tells us, that uninstallation would have succeeded, but the app remains in the installed applications afterwards. Even after reopening rapps.

      Absolutely no logging in ros log while deinstallation is seemingly performed.

      Could anyone test maybe whether this happens on Wine as well?
