Description
Hello, this is my first bug report, so forgive me in advance.
For stability sake, I'm on self compiled 0.4.5 (r74569), build on Win RosBE 2.1.5
First, installed WinXP Home on Eee, then deployed all latest drivers (acpi, chipset, video, audio, lan, wifi in this order) tracing them with InstallWatchPro25, slipstreamed the resultant files from WinXP into ROS source /modules/windows, edited accordingly reactos.dff.in and compiled bootcds in sequence, the first one with acpi driver only, then acpi+chipset, then acpi+chipset+video and so on.
Then, used Virtualbox for the first stage of ROS installation (a clean, official, non slipstreamed bootcd freezes on real hardware at first stage boot), choose VGA video mode during Virtualbox install (because none VESA mode works on real hardware, only in Virtualbox), copy over the resultant disk image onto the Eee.
Always passed fine second installation stage, reboot fine to last stage with acpi and with acpi+chipset the peripheals are recognized, when adding video drivers, win2k_xp142550, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/12531/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-for-Windows-XP-zip-?product=81510, the Eee freezes on a gray screen and don't boot the last stage, screen log bt photos attached, hope they are good.
So I cannot fully test the other drivers (audio, lan, wifi) but I can imagine they will be fine and survive to the end of installation.
Thank in advance, if I can further help I will be glad.
