reproducible WIN32K BSOD after unhandled exception thrown from IntQueryTrackMouseEvent

      affected: ros trunk r75546 gcc dbg build
      affected: ros 0.4.6RC1 gcc dbg build

      reproducible for me in VBox 4.3.40 without any additions.
      AC97 driver is not needed to see this.

      Repro-steps:
      -open explorer file browser
      -navigate to and double-click C:\reactOS\system32\drivers\cmicontrol.exe
      -an error-box will popup "ERROR_NO_MORE_ITEMS..." click 'ok'
      -another error-box will popup "ERROR_SUCCESS"
      -You can't click 'ok' on the second box because the system already broke into debugger
