System doesn't work after installing ATI HDMI Port (HDA)

    Description

      bootcd-r75632(rosbe).iso, ASUS M51Vr
      While testing CORE-13704
      Driver for ATI HDMI Port (HDAUDIO) installs, but after reboot, system doesn't properly start. Explorer doesn't work; Ctrl-Alt-Del triggers, but Task manager doesn't show up.
      Works the same way with r75628
      Somewhere previously, system was slow after such install (debug spam), but worked - might be regression
