LibreOffice Writer shows no blinking caret

    Description

      reactOS 0.4.7RC1
      VBox 4.3.40 1000MB RAM, no additions, VBEMP

      I tested this against multiple versions of LibreOffice:
      047RC1-vs-LibreOffice3.3.0
      047RC1-vs-LibreOffice3.5.7.2
      047RC1-vs-LibreOffice3.6.7.2
      047RC1-vs-LibreOffice4.0.6.2
      047RC1-vs-LibreOffice4.4.7.2
      047RC1-vs-LibreOffice5.1.1.3
      047RC1-vs-LibreOffice5.4.3.2
      0.4.14-RC-102-gd186a9f vs LibreOffice5.4.7.2

      None of these showed a blinking caret in the swriter Window.
      I could type and with some additional delay the words became visible, but the caret was never blinking

      I forgot to collect a log, but will attach one soon.
