    Description

      Noticed while fixing CORE-12580.

      Some code was copied to SetupApi from AdvApi32 on r24322, with "#if _WIN32_WINNT < 0x0600".
      It looks like the copy was not (fully) updated (= Wine sync'ed) since then.
